There is also a bicycle parking garage available for storing bicycles. The bike house cannot be locked, but if necessary you can attach your own bike lock to your bike. Another highlight: The Haus Gohlke and the Haus Gohlke am Hopfensee have a shared private jetty with exclusive lake access to the Hopfensee. A real privilege! For all coffee lovers, we also offer a fully automatic self-service coffee machine for a fee. Enjoy a variety of coffee specialties made from freshly ground beans.

Pets are allowed. There is a charge of € 15.00 per night.
We reserve the right to withhold a deposit of € 150.00 upon arrival. This will be refunded upon inspection of the apartment.
The prices are inclusive of all additional costs.
Towels and linen are provided.
If you book less than 7 days, we charge a short-term surcharge of € 40.00.
In addition, we charge a cleaning fee of € 40.00 per stay.
High chair or cot (only the cot is provided; you have to bring your own covers, blankets and pillows) available on request. There is a charge of € 8.00 per stay.

The rental prices are plus local tax per person per day (people aged 16 and over: € 2.50 | young people aged 6–15: € 1.25).

When the booking is made a deposit of 20% of the total amount must be made, the rest 4 weeks before departure.
